Pets
Pets are welcome at Pilar!
Deposit
A Deposit equal to one night’s stay is required at the time the reservation is made.
Payment
Full payment must be made two weeks prior to your scheduled date of arrival. After payment in full is received by us, an authorization letter will be issued to you advising the Pilar office that you are the owner’s guest. You must present this letter at the Pilar gate in order to obtain the keys.
Payment can be made via credit card over the phone. San Carlos Condos takes all major credit cards.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be at least two weeks in advance of the reservation date. If less than two week’s notice is received, all monies will be forfeited.
Check In
Checking in at Condominios Pilar is easy! Just present the guard at the gate with your Authorization letter issued to you by San Carlos Condos. After your stay is verified, you will be given the keys and you can proceed to your condo.
